I have been in real estate for over 25 years. Licensed in 1995, I worked in commercial real estate from 1992-1995 on the landlord side. As my family grew, I found I needed a more flexible schedule, so I started as a part-time residential agent for Newhomes and was the top producer in the Dallas area. I had found my calling!
After a few years, the portion of clients that came from referrals had increased so much I left and started my own brokerage-One Source Real Estate. I have successfully completed over 1,000 transactions in my career. I’ve worked with many investors and also personally own rental properties. Investment Property is my passion-Building your portfolio to create wealth. In 2020 I got licensed in Mortgage lending as well so I can help you with everything that has to do with Real Estate.
My goal is to make you so happy with your transaction that you can’t imagine your friends and loved ones using someone else. It is not about the closing for me; it is about clients that feel they were so well represented and cared for by an agent that puts the client’s needs, goals and desires before anything else.
On the personal side, I have been married to my husband, Dale, for 25 years. We have three great grown up kids.
I have been a member of Spring Creek Church in Garland for 20+ years. Some of my personal and fun activities include: Volunteer to help teach ESL to refugees, PICKLEBALL OBSESSED(certified coach), and I love to travel!
